Teonna is the President of IPS and she has over 20 years invested in serving in several positions in her community. Including but not limited to STNA, Supported Living Assistant, and Representative Payee. Teonna has received the Key to the City of Kalamazoo at the young age of 16 for helping create an after school program with Eastside Youth Center. Graduating from Davenport University with a degree in Computers and Business Management. Teonna has successfully managed million dollar accounts, while rebuilding financial programs. She has alway either volunteered or worked within her community since a little girl and continues on today thriving to help all that she can.
Sophia is the Chief Business and Development Operator of IPS.
She has served in her community for 32 years with Non Profits such as the Baxter Community Center and the United Methodist Center, where she assisted in an after school Youth program.
She also volunteered with Southeast Community Center (SECA) where she created and operated Teens Resetting Time (TRT) a program for young teens to use their talents and skills to uplift the Community.
She assisted in the creation and development of Humanity for Africa a Non Profit designed to help find housing, jobs and other resources for African residents in the community.
Sophia was Community Organizer for BCBS of Michigan organizing and planning community events throughout Western Michigan.
She also worked as Representative Payee at Interact of Michigan where she found her genuine passion for helping and serving others proved most effective.
